Ashby One is a one-day event bringing together Talent Acquisition leaders, RecOps professionals, and Ashby users for a day of actionable insights and meaningful connections. Held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Terra Gallery in San Francisco, the event features two dedicated tracks—Talent Leadership and RecOps—with a mix of keynotes, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on workshops. Attendees can network with peers, engage directly with Ashby’s Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams, and enjoy curated meals and an evening reception.

Ashby One brings together TA leaders, Recruiting Operations professionals, and Ashby users across all roles—sourcing, coordination, full-stack recruiting, operations, and leadership. It’s the perfect opportunity to build connections and engage with industry experts shaping the future of Talent Acquisition. This event is exclusively for Talent Acquisition or RecOps professionals, creating a focused and collaborative space free from vendor or seller presence.
